About this Website
This site has been created to share my music, specifically my solo piano work, with the world. I have been a musician as long as I can remember; it is my joy and my passion in life. Although I have enjoyed many diverse endeavors both professionally and artistically, I always return to my music. It defines me, challenges me, and encourages me through the adventures of life. It seems natural to document my journey - and for me, the most effective way to do such is through music.
Some Words of Thanks
Throughout my life, I have been exposed to many magnificent piano works. I owe a great debt of gratitude to classical composers Sergei Vassilievitch Rachmaninoff, Sergei Prokofiev, and Claude Debussy. It has also been a great privilege to have the opportunity to meet and witness more contemporary pianists Yanni, David Lanz, Jim Chappel, George Winston, and Peter Kater. I would also like to express my gratitude to David Nevue. Although we have only "met" via email, his dedication to solo piano in creating Whisperings: Solo Piano Radio along with his touring and promotion efforts have brought the art of solo piano music to a more widespread audience. Lastly, I would like to thank my mother for being a constant source of support and inspiration.
