Back in 1985 I began writing piano solos representative of colors. It so happened that many of these were colors of the night (my favorite time of day). What began as a simple project evolved into continuously capturing colors, emotions, stories, and dreams.

This is a collection of Irish folk song influenced melodies. Although I've never been to Ireland - I have dreamed about it. I have also read some beautiful stories from Irish folklore, and these solos are my interpretation of such.

This is the story of a boy going off to war and becoming a man. I had a dream which encompassed this was very vivid. These solos tell a story that begins with innocence, and end with a harsh but optimistic view of the world.
